So many men go through their mental health issues silently, so I would like to see more opportunities for men to be open and able to connect with their softer side. The more men stand up and show their vulnerability, talk about their experiences and say that they don't have to be macho, the better it will be for their wellbeing. There is this grey area in terms of the male gender role, between being tough and sensitive, which I think a lot of us would be happy to be in but we're waiting for someone else to speak up. Hopefully, more men will say, it's alright, the water's not that bad.
